January 29th
Lange gab es hier keine Neuigkeiten von uns, was aber nicht daran lag, dass nichts passiert ist, sondern vielmehr daran, dass wir kaum Zeit für das Verfassen von neuen Posts gefunden haben…
Dafür gibt es jetzt eine geballte Ladung an Neuigkeiten – here we go:
– Für die Produktion unseres neuen Albums konnten wir erneut Simon Rippin gewinnen, der ja schon beim „On Fragile Wings“-Album als Produzent tätig war.
– Auf Grund unterschiedlicher Vorstellungen haben wir uns Ende letzten Jahres von unserem Drummer Markus getrennt.
– Kurz danach ging es mit der Produktion unseres neuen Albums los. Zum Glück sprang Simon als Schlagzeuger ein und spielte sämtliche Drums ein. Im Anschluss war dann Chrys an der Reihe…
– Anfang Januar kam dann Simon zu uns ins Studio und innerhalb von zwei Wochen nahmen wir die Gitarren, die Geige und den Gesang auf. Zudem hatten wir Besuch von einigen Gastmusikern – u.a. Hardy von INGRIMM, der für einen Song den Dudelsack einspielte, und Lena Uhlmann die ein Lied mit der Harfe untermalte.
– Inzwischen haben wir auch einen neuen Drummer gefunden! Er heißt Jamil Noubani, Spitzname Milo, und wir freuen uns sehr, dass er mit an Bord ist – Infos zu ihm folgen in Kürze…
– Auch Johanna Krins wird wieder mit dabei sein! Nachdem wir sie ja beim letzten Album als Gastsängerin gewinnen konnten, freuen wir uns sehr, dass sie auch dieses mal wieder einen Song einsingen wird.
So, das war’s fürs erste. In den nächsten Wochen und Monaten werden wir euch sicher wieder öfter auf dem Laufenden halten…

For a long time there was no news from us here, but that was not because nothing happened, but rather because we hardly found the time to write new posts…
But now there’s a whole load of news – here we go:
– For the production of our new album we were able to win Simon Rippin again, who already worked as a producer on the „On Fragile Wings“ album.
– We parted ways with our drummer Markus at the end of last year due to different ideas.
– The production of our new album started shortly afterwards. Fortunately, Simon stepped in as drummer and played all the drums. Then it was Chrys‘ turn…
– At the beginning of January, Simon joined us in the studio and within two weeks we recorded the guitars, violin and vocals. We also had a few guest musicians – including Hardy from INGRIMM, who played the bagpipes for one song, and Lena Uhlmann, who played the harp for one song.
– In the meantime we have also found a new drummer! His name is Jamil Noubani, nicknamed Milo, and we are very happy to have him on board – information about him will follow shortly…
– Johanna Krins will also be back! After we were able to win her as a guest singer on the last album, we are very pleased that she will be singing a song again this time.
